Your Life, Your Care, Your Wellbeing
Promoting Independent Living Through Person Centred Support
Our Story
Our purpose is to create excellent quality and homely environments with the highest standards of care, catering, activities and housekeeping.
We aim to enhance the lives of our residents and enable them to enjoy life to the full as individuals in happy, comfortable and safe surroundings. Our expertise lies in Nursing, Residential, Dementia Nursing, Dementia Residential and End of Life Care.
We provide person centered care by working together to create individual care plans with the needs and wishes of our residents at the heart of it. We build relationships with every resident and their families, helping us to learn about their lives, listening to their experiences and creating a picture of the individual person.
We select our team members for their compassionate and caring nature as well as their experience in the delivery of person centered care. We support all of our team members with regular training and development. We strive to be the provider and employer of choice and we all work together as a team to achieve this.
